FAB Berlin - Transformation of a Space - Results of Workshop 3 and Outlook
A new place for the communication of architecture is currently being created in the Sarotti-Höfe - the FAB ARCHITECTURAL BUREAU BERLIN.
Architect Volker Halbach, blauraum, and curator Sally Below, sbca, have been developing the redesign since June 2015 with three design teams they put together in an open process.
In three workshops, the teams each worked on a layer of the room, the next group continued to work on the already implemented design of the previous team - an unusual way of working, which was implemented very productively and communicatively by the contributors. The last workshop from April 6th to 8th on the topic "flexible surfaces" completed the three-part design process.
